Areas of Focus
Blending her background as both an athlete and dietitian, Sandra helps clients fuel for performance, recovery, and everyday energy—while rebuilding trust with food and body along the way. Whether you’re chasing a marathon PB, training for your first ultra, or learning to fuel consistently after injury or burnout, Sandra helps make nutrition practical, personalized, and empowering.
When she isn’t working or trail running…
you can still find her in the mountains – mountain biking, hiking, snowboarding, cross-country skiing – or training her cat, Midnight.
Sandra's Approach
Sandra’s approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration, meeting each client where they’re at and creating realistic plans that fit their lifestyle, values, and goals.
