No Sweat Nutrition was founded by Sandra Kilmartin, a BC-based Registered Sports Dietitian and ultrarunner.
As an endurance athlete, Sandra knows firsthand how powerful nutrition can be — not only for performance, but for energy, recovery, and overall well-being. She also understands the all-too-common stories of undereating, fatigue, injury, and lost joy in sport.
What began as a solo practice has grown into a collaborative team of sports dietitians who share a common mission:

We get it. You just want to fuel well, perform strong, and still have the energy for life outside of training.
We believe sports nutrition shouldn’t feel like a full-time job.
