No Sweat Nutrition was founded by Sandra Kilmartin, a BC-based Registered Sports Dietitian and ultrarunner.

As an endurance athlete, Sandra knows firsthand how powerful nutrition can be — not only for performance, but for energy, recovery, and overall well-being. She also understands the all-too-common stories of undereating, fatigue, injury, and lost joy in sport.

What began as a solo practice has grown into a collaborative team of sports dietitians who share a common mission:

Our approach helps you cut through the noise and focus on what actually matters for your sport, your body, and your goals — no extremes, no guilt, just clarity and confidence. Whether you're training for your first a 5K, a 100-mile ultra, or just want the energy to chase your kids around after training, we’ll help you stop overthinking food and dial in a nutrition strategy that actually works.

We support a wide range of athletes and active individuals across BC and Ontario, including:

  • Athletes navigating relative iron deficiency, energy deficiency in sport (REDs/RED-S), hypothalamic amenorrhea (HA), and disordered eating
  • Endurance athletes: runners, cyclists, triathletes, ultrarunners, cross country/nordic skiers, and adventure racers
  • Climbers, mountain bikers, swimmers, dancers, gymnasts, and team-sport athletes (rugby, soccer, hockey, etc.)
  • Shift workers such as firefighters, police, paramedics, and healthcare professionals
  • Child, youth, and adolescent athletes including college/varsity
