Areas of Focus
Elizabeth understands that nutrition messaging can be confusing, leading us to follow certain diets or food rules and get us stuck in an “all or nothing” mentality. She prides herself in dismantling diet culture and walking every step with you to rebuild a trusting relationship with food to fuel yourself, enjoy movement, and find joy from food.
When she isn’t working…
You can find her in the mountains, exploring new restaurants, or spending time with her closest friends and family.
